How do I make a payment?

Are there additional costs for certain house types?

Timber Sub-Floor Houses
Yes. Properties with a timber sub-floor incur an additional $50.
Please include this amount when making your payment.

Does your property have a Granny Flat?

If the property includes a granny flat, there is an additional $100 inspection fee.

What if the house has more than one kitchen or multiple bathrooms?

If the property has more than 1 kitchen or more than 2 bathrooms, additional costs may apply.

Do you offer Pool Safety Inspections?

Yes! If you book a Pool Safety Inspection at the same time as your building inspection, the cost is only $125 — a saving of $70.
